Website said shipping from California but package came from China
The shipping said 3-5 days at first. When nothing showed up I emailed customer service and suddenly it was 7-15 days. Many weeks went by and I still never got my package. Then they claimed it was delivered. It was not.
When I asked for a refund they kept lowballing me. First they offered 40% back, then 60%, and now 90%. My order number also doesn't exist in their system anymore which is pretty convenient for them. I placed my order on 6/30/2026 and today is 9/24/26. Still no package and still no refund.
