Letters saying my home warranty is expiring but no policy number

This company keeps sending me letters in the mail telling me my home warranty on my property is going to expire. But when I call them, they can't give me a policy number or anything. I've called them four times today alone. Every time I ask questions they just avoid them, talk over me, and transfer me to different departments trying to get me to buy a warranty.

I already have home warranty on my property. I've told them several times to take me out of their system and off the mailing list. They will not listen. They just keep trying to force me into getting coverage with them.
