Interview through chat turned out to be a scam
But the interview wasn't a Teams call at all. They wanted to do it through chat. And they went by a different name, North Point Advisory Group. I looked them up and saw posts from other people warning that this was a scam involving some cryptocurrency thing where they ask for money.
I went back to LinkedIn to report the employer and the posting was gone. Then I tried emailing them and got a message saying the address doesn't exist anymore. I saw online that they also use the name Nexora a lot.
