They called about TV Guide renewal and charged two cards

They called me about renewing my TV Guide Magazine and I thought they were legit. I didn't think anything of it at first. Then I noticed they charged me 2 times on 2 different credit cards. $49.31 each time, so $98.62 total.

I can't find a phone number anywhere to call them to cancel. I notified my PNC bank loss card service back in June about the first charge. They cancelled that card and sent me a new one. But somehow North Shore Mktg found another one of my credit cards and just charged $49.31 again in August. What can be done to stop these scammers? thanks
