Knock off shoes and they won't take returns
When I tried to return them they said no. I asked for an exchange or a refund and got denied too. They told me their labeling system has been down for a month. That was their excuse.
I still have not gotten any resolution. Also I noticed all the reviews that were 3 stars and under got wiped or edited to say the person gave a higher rating. My emails go to [email protected] and there is an address listed at 54 State St, Albany NY. The phone number is (201) 765-8320. Nothing has been done about this.
