I purchchased mine on line and I am feeling like a new person. I am doing things I haven't been able to do for a year. I have no brain frog, no dizzy and shaking. mine aren't like the ones selling on Amazon. I purchased on my phone. Major FRAUD Company!!

I too have been ripped off by this crooks. I believed I was ordering frrom a company that had Bill Gates as the head of this company, with his personal backing and money behind them. They did one hell of a job usuing his AI generated image and presentation. I too ordered the 6-bottle package to give my wife and I a chance to hopefully improve our memory issues. It cost me $317.46 for the Fully Guaranteed, NO Questions asked return policy. Now the only people who answer are the Digistore 24 person. They tell me to contact "[email protected]. All I want is my Money Back Also! They can have the other three damn bottles back. THERE Useless!

Website kept trying to sell me more pills and charged my card 3 times

I went to this website for pills to clear brain fog. When you select things, it gets your credit card info, then it sells you more of the same thing at a big discount. Then if you select more it tells you the product won't work as well without a microbiote product, so I selected that, then it shows 3 other products.

I clicked a button that looked like it was for checking out. It just kept trying to sell me the 3 more products. It gave you 5 minutes. If you didn't buy more, it restarted the 5 minute clock. I disconnected the program. Without ever giving a checkout screen with total, tax etc, they just quickly charged my credit card 3 times. First was the product I first selected, 2nd was the second selection. The third item they had quoted as $120 they charged $174.

If you buy 3 things in one transaction, why didn't they have a checkout page adding the three? I immediately got more emails & texts trying to sell me more. I was so stupid. Working with bank to cancel those when they move from pending.

Ordered Neuro Mind Pro and now they won't give refund

I ordered 6 bottles of “Neuro Mind Pro” from them. After I placed the order I looked at the promotional stuff more carefully and saw the testimonials from Bill Gates and Tom Hanks. Those were obviously AI generated, not real. So I emailed support@northsupplements asking for a refund since I hadn't even gotten the product yet.

They wrote back saying my request would be reviewed and I'd hear something within 7 days. Well 19 days went by and nothing. So I emailed them again and insisted on a refund. This time they sent me a form asking for the order number and proof that I had returned the order. But they never gave me an address to return it to. I've asked for one twice now and still nothing.

I tried to find a mailing address on my own so I googled their phone number (877) 257-0710. That's when I found a fraud report on the BBB website about them. That's why I'm filing this complaint too. I'm out 294 dollars and I just want my money back.
