Ordered sandals from Northend Shop and got cheap plastic ones from China

I ordered a pair of sandals from Northend Shop, thought they were located in Denver, Colorado. What I got was a cheap pair of plastic sandals from China. They want me to pay to ship them back at my expense, which is like half the price of what I paid for the shoes. I even sent them pictures and they won't resolve it any other way.

When you call them, they just tell you to leave a message and never call you back. I looked at reviews and they look good until you actually research the company. Never order from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM NORTHEND SHOP!

Ordered Sketchers and got some cheap shoes instead

I ordered what was supposed to be Sketcher shoes from their website. The ad showed the real shoes and everything looked legit. I paid $57.36.

When the package came I opened it and it was some cheap no name shoes. Not even close to what was pictured. Totally different. The shoes felt really flimsy too.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The address they have is 1500 N. Grant St ste R in Denver CO. Phone number is (760) 706-5933 but I don't know if that even works. Just a waste of my money.

Ordered cute platform Crocs from Northend Shop and got cheap knockoffs instead

I saw an ad on Facebook for Northend Shop and they had these really cute platform Croc style shoes. So I ordered a pair. What showed up was the cheapest knockoff you can imagine. Not even close to what was in the pictures.

I paid using Afterpay. I tried to dispute it with them and they denied my claim. So now I am stuck paying for this junk I never would have bought if I knew it was fake. Their email is [email protected] and they have an address on N Grant St in Denver but honestly I don't think that's real either. Lost about 54 bucks.
