Website says Canada but ships from Italy and won't take returns

I ordered from northtrustwears.com and they pretend to be a Canadian company. They offer a 100% guarantee but they ship from Italy and they're actually based in Hong Kong. They don't honor their return policy at all. I paid $81 and got two items that were terrible quality and way too small. The XL fit more like a large. The cardigan was basically two badly sewn pieces of carpet material.

They list an address at 3593 Yonge Street, Downtown Toronto, ON, Canada, M4W 1J7 but that address doesn't even exist. There are several versions of this same company with multiple websites and facebook pages. I tried emailing [email protected] and got nowhere with them.

Long delivery time

I ordered on February 9, 2026 and did not receive until March 7, 2026. I was under the impression that I would receive it much sooner but that did not happen. I also thought that it was a Canadian company but it turns out that it comes from Italy! The product itself is actually quite nice but the sizing is not appropriate. I usually wear a ladies L and ordered an XL just to be sure and it just fits! Buy a larger size if you are purchasing and be prepared for it to take a month to get. They are ok when you finally do get them and my order was correct!

Ordered a sweatshirt online and got a cheap, wrong item I can't return

I bought a sweatshirt from a website I saw on Facebook, NorthTrustWears.com. The ad said it was "made in Toronto." I tried to cancel my order the same day, but they just ignored me.

They sent an email saying their local warehouse was out of the sweatshirt, so they'd send one from China. But the tracking number they gave showed it shipped from Spain. When it finally got here, the quality was terrible. The color and size were wrong, and there are no tags at all—no size, no fabric, no company name, nothing.

I've emailed them about returning it, but they don't reply. I opened a claim with PayPal, but I haven't gotten anywhere with a refund or sending this thing back.
