Refund never came after a month of emails

I have been trying to get a refund for a month now. They keep saying they refunded the money but it never showed up in my account. I paid about $25 for something online and it just never came.

I sent 7 emails and every time I just get some AI response back. Nobody actually reads what I write. It's just the same automatic message over and over.

I don't know what else to do at this point. They claim it's done on their end but it's not.

Job offer fell apart when I asked for their license info

I applied for what they said was a financial job. Sounded legit at first, they were pretty convincing. But something felt off so I asked them to verify their company address and licenses.

They couldn't. And then they just refused to tell me anything else. That was it. I didn't give them any money or anything, but it was a total waste of my time. Just seemed really shady how they shut down the second I asked for basic info.
