Shoes took a month and now they keep charging my card

I ordered a pair of shoes from Nouvure and they took a whole month to show up. Then after they finally came, they kept charging my credit card. Still charging me every month, sometimes twice a month.

I keep reporting it to my bank. When I tried to reach out to Nouvure about the charges they blocked my email. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB and they just blocked me anyway.

I'm out $100 for shoes and they won't stop billing me.

Online order never came and they kept charging me

I ordered something from their website in October 2025 and I never got the item or any tracking number. Then out of nowhere I started seeing monthly charges on my card for some membership thing. I cancelled it online and I called customer service to cancel it too, did this multiple times.

I asked them for proof of the cancellation and they never sent me anything. When I called about the refunds they said they could only give me 50% of the money back. That's not right. This whole thing is a scam and I just want people to know to stay away.
