TikTok ad for cheap Miss Me jeans turned into a mess
I added 3 pairs of jeans to my cart and also saw that they were giving away 2 free tote bags too. I checked out and searched the whole website for tracking and a day later it sent me a link for website so I could track my package. I tried to sign up for email notification for my package but it would let me. The website didn't update for days at a time.
I bought the package on August 11 and the tracking website said it was delivered on September 12. I tried to contact somebody but Novaellae.com website is no longer working and the email and phone number for the tracking website don't work. ????
