Charged twice after buying one pee pad from Novapaw
But without me knowing, they charged my card 59.99 at the end of June and again in July! That's almost 120.00! When I called them, first I got a recording for something totally different. Called back and got a lady in India. She told me I was being charged a membership fee of 59.99 per month. A membership? I never signed up for any membership. I ordered one pad, paid for it, and that's it.
This company is a scam and fraud. You can't even talk to a person in America. Stay away from this company. If you need pee pads for your dog, go to Petsmart. At least you know it's legit.
