Puppy pads I never ordered showed up after birdhouse site
Then I got a notification for Novapaw puppy pads. I don't have a dog or any animals at all. I only feed birds.
I never ordered puppy pads from anyone. My debit card was used for the payment and I have no idea how this happened.

However when I received them, my dog would not use them at all, and I suspected there’s no magic pheromones in them. So I wrote and asked to return them and for a refund. Their ad said they refund instantly. I had to write 3 or 4 tines before they answered me, and then offered a small amount and said I could keep them. I said I wanted a full refund - as I had paid about $150 dollars for them. I wrote again after not hearing from them and they said there was a problem printing return labels, but offered me a little more to keep them. By this time I had written them off in my mind as a scam, and donated the pee pads to charity. About the same time I noticed they charged my credit card $59.99, which I then told them they charged me more instead of refunding me anything! Unfortunately I didn’t notice they charged me again two more months $59.99 and when I contacted them again they said I had signed up for their VIP Club when I ordered. What an outrageous price for a membership to a pee pad club! What a deceitful and dishonest company! They should be shut down and forbidden to do business in the USA.

Charged twice after buying one pee pad from Novapaw
But without me knowing, they charged my card 59.99 at the end of June and again in July! That's almost 120.00! When I called them, first I got a recording for something totally different. Called back and got a lady in India. She told me I was being charged a membership fee of 59.99 per month. A membership? I never signed up for any membership. I ordered one pad, paid for it, and that's it.
This company is a scam and fraud. You can't even talk to a person in America. Stay away from this company. If you need pee pads for your dog, go to Petsmart. At least you know it's legit.
