Ordered eye mask once but now stuck in monthly subscription

I ordered a one-time eye mask from novlora.com and now they got me on a monthly subscription. I didn't sign up for that. Their website won't let me cancel it at all. There's no other way to contact them either. I already lost $210 on this. The phone number they have is 1(905) 718-9166 but I'm not even sure that does anything. I just want this to stop.

Eye masks not what was shown on website

I ordered from novlora.com and the product I got is not what they show on their website. I received a package of cheap eye masks, way less sturdy than the pictures. All the writing on the little packets is in Chinese. It says lutein on there but who knows what's actually in them.

I contacted them through their email [email protected] about the difference and they just said I could return them but I would have to pay for shipping. They didn't even comment on what I said about the product. I also left a negative review on their site and it still hasn't been posted.
