Received Refund

I purchased a mini camera probe to inspect water pipes for clogs. A handy thing to have. But I had to download an app for my cell phone to see what the camera sees. I was fine with that, but at that point I did not know I had to pay for the app, $9.99. OK, I will accept that. But the next day I was charged another $48.67 from NSTRMNET. I had no idea what that was for, except it may be a yearly subscription that the sales point, I believe it was eBay, never said anything about a subscription. I tried to get my bank credit card call-for-help line to track the company down. All they do is give me a refund. I had no way to contact NSTRMNET or get any information about who they were. My bank should be able to track them down, and eBay should be able to tell me who the seller really is. Otherwise, this company is a SCAM.

Paid to see a friend's Times Square ad and got charged again

I paid a fee to see one time content of a friends ad in Times Square. I never got to see the content and then a day later was charged for a subscription that I never signed up for. Neither did the site tell me I was signing up for anything.

All the emails from the company went to my junk email, which I am sure is by design. Including the cancellation email. They only offered a partial refund. And the agent told me to be more careful next time.

They are stealing money and it's likely some kind of shell company funding things. The phone number is 1(307) 342-5140 and the website is Nstrm.net, email [email protected], listed in New York, NY. I lost $49.99.
