Product return promised but still no refund months later
We went back and forth for months. Finally they agreed to the terms and said they would give me the refund. That was it. Still no money. This has been going on since May 18, 2026. I was dealing with Jhonatan Marston at [email protected] at first. Now its Lara Morgan in customer support and she says the same thing. Nothing. No refund.
