Order stuck at label created and no one will help

I ordered products from this company and got a tracking number. The label was made but UPS never picked up the package. It's been over a week and the tracking just shows no progress since the day I placed the order.

I've emailed them and messaged them on FB and IG messenger many times. I only got one email back saying the issue will be resolved but nothing happened. If you look at their social media pages, other customers are saying the same thing about not getting their orders or refunds. I paid about $37.78 and I'm just stuck.
