External hard drive from Nusyn never worked and no one will help
I tried to troubleshoot it online and nothing I did worked. I tried to contact the company to either get help over the phone or get a replacement. I emailed them twice. I tried calling and got a message saying that number does not exist. The number on their website is 800-123-4567 but it's fake.
All I want now is my money back and I want this company shut down. I'm out $135.
