Door chime order said delivered but nothing came

I ordered a Nutone LA70MA musical door chime on 8/23/26 and paid with my credit card. Then I got an email saying it was delivered on 9/17/26. But there was no address on it and no carrier name either. It just had a tracking number that also only said delivered. When I tried to print the message it disappeared from my emails. It said it shipped from China.

I never got the item. The charge still went thru on my credit card though. Not long after that there were several other charges tried on my account but I had already cancelled the card so nothing else went thru. I put a fraud alert with the credit card carrier for those other attempts.

The phone number I have for them is (815) 953-8838. I just want the $73.61 back since I never received anything.
