Charged 4 extra times for immune spray I never ordered

I ordered 3 vials of their immune boosting spray. I got them fine. But then they charged me 4 more times over about 2 months. I never ordered anything else and never got any more products from them.

When I looked online I saw MANY complaints from other people with the same issue. The company had some offer where you could pay a $5 fee to process an appeal for credit. I just went straight to them by email instead and actually got reimbursed the full amount.

They run ads with testimonials from lots of people, even nurses. After everything with Covid this really bothers me.
