Order changed from two bottles to six without asking me
I opened a dispute with Syncrony and I refused the package when it arrived. Now both companies are saying I didn't follow "procedure" and I'm responsible for the whole payment. But I don't even have the product. It got sent back to Nutra Pro Skin successfully, but they won't honor that because I didn't know about some unknown rule they have.
Their email is [email protected] and I found them through Instagram. This just doesn't make sense to me.
