Ordered GlucoZen but got a different bottle from someone else

I ordered three bottles of GlucoZen for $207.00 plus $14.95 for shipping and handling. That’s over $220 total. When the package showed up, it was only one bottle of Mediterra Multivitamins. And it wasn’t even shipped from the company I ordered from. It came from some other shipper, not the seller.

What’s worse is that the payment was made by another individual, not me. So now their card is tied to this mess and there’s automatic payments attached to that information. I don’t know how that happened but it’s going to affect them. I tried reaching out to the email they have listed, [email protected], and called the number (314) 335-0634 but no luck. The address on the site is 19655E. 35th Dr. Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011. I just want my money back or the actual product I paid for.

Charges showed up on my card after Glucozen order

I ordered Glucozen online from their site. While I was checking out, some other offers popped up and I declined all of them. But when my credit card statement came in, I saw a bunch of charges from Nutracrest health that I never approved. There was one for 294$ and another for 149$ and then a 14.95$ one from Healthoria Labs. I did see the 174$ charge and I remember declining that one specifically. But the others were never even shown to me as an option. I didn't agree to any of that. Total came to about 149$ that I'm trying to get back but I don't even know who to call. The website was nutracrest Health and they have an address in Aurora, CO. I just want my money back for stuff I never ordered.
