Mail offer to buy my Prudential stocks, no check after transfer
Prudential emailed me on July 29th confirming the stocks were transferred. Then I got another email saying the same thing. So I waited for my check and it never came. I emailed them a bunch of times and I called too. They just said to call back next week and check on the status. It's August 20th now. No check, and the customer service is terrible.
