Emails about a debt I do not owe and a fake lawsuit
He also filed what looks like a fake lawsuit against me in New York. When I asked for the original creditor information and the loan documents, he refused. He said sending them would be defamation and he could not send them to me. Instead he sent a Certificate of Registration, like that was supposed to make me believe him.
He has been demanding money right away, over and over, for days now. The address on this is 22320 Foothill Blvd #400, Hayward, CA 94541.
