Dress return only offered $10 back after following policy
I went on their site to do the return and followed exactly what they said. Their policy says you can return within 7 days and the item has to be unworn and have all tags. We did all that. But when I went to do it, they only give you $10 back for the dress. That's it. That doesn't seem right at all when their own policy says you can request a return. It just feels really unfair. I hope people see how this business operates.
