Ordered tiny bears from Facebook ad and nothing came

I was on Facebook and saw these really little tiny bears with a little hat on them. They come in a little box with a quote on it. I thought they were so cute so I ordered 3 of them from their website okhall.com.

I never got anything in the mail. No tracking number, no email saying it shipped. I tried emailing [email protected] and got no reply back. The address they have listed is 24 First Ave SW Ste A, Watertown, SD 57201 but I don't even know if that's real.

I just want my money back or the bears. I didn't spend a ton but still. It's frustrating cause the ad made them look so nice.
