Ordered online and phone was disconnected
The item finally showed up yesterday. It's almost laughable. It doesn't even resemble what I bought. A Halloween costume is better quality than this. Nobody would be able to wear it.
Ordered raincoats and got hit with $50 in surprise charges
I tried to cancel the order right away but no luck. Tried emailing them and got no response. The raincoats finally showed up after the trip I needed them for was already over.
I asked for a refund and they told me I could get 35% back and keep the raincoats, or a full refund if I ship them back at my own expense and let them know when the company receives them. Then they'll offer the refund. Really difficult to work with. I absolutely did not expect $50 in extra charges.
Website looked fine until my bank started flagging charges
Right after that I started getting multiple messages from my bank about fraudulent charges from different places. I called and emailed Olive and Evy to report it and they told me they don't sell card information.
Ordered a pea coat and never got tracking info
When I tried to call them at (631) 944-1095 I just got music for a very long time and nobody ever answered. I also tried emailing [email protected] and got nothing back. The site is oliveandevy.com and they're supposedly out of NY. Just want my money back at this point.
Tried to buy 2 shirts and my card got charged under different names
I had also called their number first. Someone answered and said they would process my order and refund any other charges. But when I tried calling back after that, I could never get a person on the line again.
The website is oliveandevy.com and the phone number is (631) 994-1095. The address shows 100 Heartland Blvd, Brentwood, NY 11717. Nothing about this felt right.
Online clothing order turned into 3 charges and a canceled card
About 5 minutes later I got a text from my bank saying I had probably been scammed. Chase canceled the transaction and my card. But the scammer had already charged my card from 2 other companies at the same time and those went through. The websites for those 2 companies look exactly the same as Olive and Evy.
They even sent me tracking info for my order but it was fake too. The tracking number wasn't even enough digits. Pretty slick, huh?
Ordered a suit for a gala and never got anything
I called to ask where my info was so I could track the package. A man answered and asked me to confirm my name, email, and the last 4 digits of the card I used since I didn't have an order number. I gave him the info and then he said he was canceling the order and a refund should show up on that card. I asked why they were canceling my order and he just hung up on me.
I paid $119.93 and now I don't have a suit and I'm just waiting to see if this refund even shows up.
Website charged me $73 but no order email
Ordered a raincoat and got charged extra plus a Zapostore fee
Then when I looked at my credit card there were two transactions. One was for the jacket with that hidden $9.95 charge, and then a separate $9.95 charge from something called Zapostore.
So I got charged the extra fee twice basically. I just wanted the raincoat.
Dress I ordered online came as a cheap knockoff
When the package finally showed up, it wasn't anything like what was pictured. The dress was a total knockoff. The quality was terrible and it was screen printed, not embroidered like the description said. It was pretty obvious it was a fake.
I tried to email them about it but the address they had, [email protected], just comes back undeliverable. I also tried calling the phone number on the site, 1(631) 994-1095, but that doesn't work either. Their address is 100 Heartland Blvd, Brentwood, NY. I just don't know what else to do since I can't get ahold of anyone.
