Ordered a dress and they would only refund 10 percent
They wouldn't refund my credit card. They only offered 10% back and told me to mail the merchandise to India. But the website looked like the company was in New York. None of it made sense.
I just want my money back like they promised.
Order came stuffed in a tiny bag and looked nothing like the site
They never even sent an email to cancel, said it was sitting in their warehouse a long time according to their tracking. The site said guaranteed or your money back. I asked for a prepaid shipping label to return it and they didn't want to give me one. They showed a Wyoming address but wanted me to ship everything back to India at my own cost, plus a 20% restocking fee. Then they told me to just keep the items, but I didn't want them, they were terrible. I wanted a full refund. Lost $177.56 on this.
