Phone call saying I still owe IRS money

I keep getting calls from someone named Olivia Spencer saying she's a senior tax specialist. She calls me 2 to 5 times a day. It's always about some IRS or state tax balance I supposedly still owe.

The most recent one was a recorded message. She said her name again and told me to press 2 or call her back at 877-961-0391. She kept saying if I still have an unpaid IRS balance there are options that can change how the debt is handled. Something about programs that let you pay less than what you owe.

I don't have any tax debt. I never called them back but they just keep calling. The number is 877-961-0391.
