Dress came completely different and no returns allowed

I ordered a dress from oliviaella-boston.com and when it showed up it was a totally different color and material and even the style was off. Not even close to the picture. I emailed them at [email protected] and they won't let me return it.

The reviews on the site were all positive but now that I look closer they were never real. Nobody is actually wearing the dress in the photos, just stock pictures. I'm out 65 dollars on this thing. Just wanted to warn people I guess.
