Ordered 4 beading kits and got 4 of the same one
I contacted them right away to tell them the wrong kits came. Since then we've gone back and forth over 14 emails with me asking for a return shipping label and either the correct kits or a refund. They keep insisting I ordered 4 of the same kit, which is just not true.
Then on Sept 14th I got an email saying I could pay for return shipping to China and they'd refund me. The cheapest shipping I could find was well over $35. I asked why I can't just ship it to the warehouse in California instead. Never heard back.
