Ordered product and they asked for more money

I ordered a product from them and sent the money by e-transfer since that was the only way they would take payment. After that they tried to get another $150 out of me for insurance.

I never got the product at all. I emailed them asking for my money back and tried contacting them many times but they just won't reply. Nothing ever showed up. I'm out $300.
