Letter about my new car with no company name on it
The letter said to call them and give the VIN and mileage for the car. There was no email, no website, no company name anywhere on it. I called the number and the guy had a hard time telling me who they even were. I asked three times before he finally said "omega."
I told him I would look into it and call back if I needed to. He said I wouldn't be able to call back. I just hung up.
