Survey gift ended up charging me twice a month
The page said I only had to pay shipping, which was $7.98. I picked my item and put in my payment info. Then I hit pay now. There was no other screen, no breakdown of charges, no terms to click, nothing. It just ran my card. I didn't even get an email confirming the purchase.
Turns out they charged me an extra $9.95 on top of the shipping and also signed me up for a monthly charge of $9.95. They don't tell you any of that before you pay. When I called their customer service number, it said they were outside business hours even though I was calling during the hours they listed. Total I lost $17.93.
