Empty package after auction diamond purchase

I won an auction for a diamond and paid about 7 dollars for it. They tried to send it to the wrong address at first. I caught it and intercepted the package before it went somewhere else.

When I finally got it, the box was empty. Just nothing inside. The seller is somewhere in Florida but I don't have a real company name from them. I reached out but no reply so far.

Not sure what to do next. I just wanted the diamond I paid for.
