Ordered glasses in May and tracking number doesn't work

I placed an order back in May for 4 pairs of glasses. They sent me an email saying the product shipped on June 8, 2026. They gave me a tracking number but when I try to track it, nothing comes up. It just doesn't exist or something.

I never got my glasses. There's no phone number to call anyone, only an email address. I paid through Klarna so I'm out $64.98. I've emailed them but no reply yet. Not sure what to do at this point.
