Plastic clothing with no tags and a $50 return fee

The product online looked great. They promised a full refund if I returned it within 30 days. When the package came, it was this plastic clothing thing. Extremely poor quality. It didn't even have the material content or washing instructions on it. I have no idea what country it's from but the site said it was a Boston shop.

When I asked about the refund, they told me I'd have to pay $50 for shipping because it's international. And they said it would take a long time to get the money back. That's basically the whole $60 I spent. Doesn't make sense.
