Facebook ad for AC unit turned out to be a scam

I bought a room AC unit from a link on Facebook that took me right to their site, onninest. It took a few weeks to even get here and when it finally showed up it was a joke. The thing is cheap and doesn't cool anywhere near like the ad said it would.

I've called that number, (888) 814-2188, a bunch of times and nobody ever picks up. It just goes straight to voicemail. I also sent several emails asking for a return label and they never sent one. So I just paid $19 out of my own pocket to mail it back to the address they have listed in LA.

Their website says I'll get a full refund but then their email says it's only going to be 50%. I'm out the $98.98 for the unit plus the shipping to send it back. It's a total scam.

Website says full refund but they only offered half

I ordered some stuff from OnniNest and when I tried to return it, they told me they would only give me 50% back. But their website clearly says they refund in full. That's not what happened though.

I called the number on the site, (888) 814-2188, and that's what the person told me. I spent 85 dollars and they want to keep half of it. The address on the site is 312 W. 2nd St #3658 in Casper, WY but I don't know if that's even real.

Just feels like a rip off. I did what they said and they're not holding up their end.
