Facebook ad for CoolCove AC units turned into a dead end

I saw these CoolCove air conditioner units on Facebook and they looked really good. Small and efficient, just what we needed. So I went ahead and ordered 4 of them from their website onninest.com. They added on all these extra fees for rewards and insured shipping and a lifetime warranty. They charged our company credit card the very next day after we got the order confirmation.

That was the last good thing that happened. We never got a ship date or any tracking number. Then weeks later they send an email asking for even more money for expedited shipping. I've been going back and forth with their customer support and they just keep giving me the runaround with delay tactics. I'm pretty sure they are never going to send the units or give me my money back. I paid over $400 for nothing.
