Ordered repellent online and never got it

I ordered repellent online through PayPal and never received the product. I called the number and held on for over 30 minutes and nobody answered. I also tried emailing [email protected] and got no response back.

It said I could get my money back within 90 days if I didn't receive the item or if it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered on September 28, 2026 and today is October 7th and I still haven't gotten my order or been able to reach anyone at the number or email they gave.

I think something is wrong here and I just want my money back.

Coolcove air conditioner never worked and they kept my money

I bought the portable Coolcove air conditioner from their website onninest.com and it never worked right from the start. I called them at (888) 814-2188 and asked for my full money back, but they said no. First they told me I had to pay $30 to send it back, so I agreed to that. Then they changed their mind and said they would only give me 50% back.

I paid $67.49 for this thing and I didn't even get to use it once. It just sat there. The address on their site is 7233 Freedom Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720 but I don't know if that's even real. This company is a total scam and should not be able to rip people off like this.

Facebook ad for CoolCove AC units turned into a dead end

I saw these CoolCove air conditioner units on Facebook and they looked really good. Small and efficient, just what we needed. So I went ahead and ordered 4 of them from their website onninest.com. They added on all these extra fees for rewards and insured shipping and a lifetime warranty. They charged our company credit card the very next day after we got the order confirmation.

That was the last good thing that happened. We never got a ship date or any tracking number. Then weeks later they send an email asking for even more money for expedited shipping. I've been going back and forth with their customer support and they just keep giving me the runaround with delay tactics. I'm pretty sure they are never going to send the units or give me my money back. I paid over $400 for nothing.
