Ordered towels from Onuia and never got them
I asked for a refund and the money wasn't returned. I just want my money back.
Paid over five hundred dollars for cheap towels from Onuia
I emailed them at [email protected] to complain about the quality. They just told me to wash them first and try them out, and if I still wasn't happy, they might give me a partial refund or I'd have to pay to ship them back. I pointed out that their own return policy says washing the items voids the 30 day return window. They wrote back saying no, it wouldn't void it, even though their policy clearly states that it does.
So they are selling these thin rags at crazy high prices and passing them off as luxury goods. It feels like a total scam to get people to send them a lot of money for nothing.
Ordered towels from Onuia and they took forever to come
There is no number to call, just an email address which is [email protected]. I emailed them wanting a full return and they are just stalling and not getting back with me. I know after a month they don't have to accept the return so I think they are trying to run out the clock. They list an office address in the USA but the stuff drop ships from China. I just want my money back, the 180 dollars I spent, and they are not doing it. This feels like a scam because they are lying about the quality.
