Online order I can't return without a big fee
When I got it, it wasn't what I expected so I tried to return it. That's when they told me I have to pay a high fee to send it back. There was nothing on their website about this fee before I bought it. It wasn't mentioned anywhere.
They keep sending me "offers" instead of just letting me return it. It feels like a scam. I'm just stuck with the item and out the money.
