Returned product but refund never came

I bought a product from this company online in June 2026 after reading some fairly good reviews. I returned it within the 30 day refund deadline. They confirmed I was entitled to the refund and gave me an address to send it back to. They also told me they only communicate by email, no phone number.

I paid to ship it back through US Postal using certified mail with a return receipt. Got the signed receipt a couple weeks later. After a month I checked with them about the refund since I didn't see it in my bank account. They asked for details so I sent everything along with a copy of the return receipt. Haven't heard back since.

It's been 3 months now. I rechecked reviews online and found a bunch of complaints about refund fraud and them ghosting customers.
