Text saying I won $500,000 from Oracle Foundation

I got a text message saying I won $500,000 from the Oracle Corporation Foundation Annual Donations. It said my phone number came up as a winner and that this was life-changing news. The message told me to text Mr. Scott David at 720-604-7581 to get my prize and gave me a claiming code OCF1M$. It said to message the agent now and claim my winnings urgently.

The whole thing felt off. It had a lot of exclamation points and just seemed too good to be true. It also said "Charles Scott APPROVED" at the end which didn't make any sense to me. I didn't text the number and I'm not interested.
