Product nothing like advertised and they deny my order
So I emailed them at [email protected] to ask for a refund. I explained the situation and they just claimed I never made a purchase from them in the first place. They said I didn't buy anything.
I have the charge on my card and the package they sent me, but they won't even talk about it. I'm just stuck with this thing I didn't want and they act like I'm making it all up.
