Paid for sweatsuits and never got anything back

I found this deal online for a pack of 8 sweatsuits for $29.00 in size 3X. That seemed like a really good price so I went ahead and ordered them. The website was Order# REJ20751, at least that's what it said on my confirmation.

I paid $40.00 total. I never got any tracking number or shipping email. I tried to see if I could find a customer service number or anything on the site but there wasn't one. Just the order number on the page. I waited and waited but nothing ever showed up.

It's been a while now and I'm pretty sure I'm just out the $40. I don't know how they can just take money and not send the product. I really wanted those sweatsuits too. Just frustrated that I fell for it.
