Website sent fake tracking for two cauldron slow cookers
I tried contacting their customer service several times. Eventually I got a reply, but from a different email than the one I originally contacted. They said they would look into it but it would take a long time. That was it.
I ended up contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Lost $65.67 on this.
