Laptop popup said Microsoft and led to money loss

Last week a message popped up on my laptop saying it was from Microsoft and my laptop was infected. They gave me a number to call to help “secure” my info, so I called and first talked to a Michelle Tanner. Then this person named Stacey Lee reached out to me, said she was from Orion bank, and used an employee ID of OFCUH 10043. She told me there was a bogus charge on my bank account and offered a few ways to protect my money.

I ended up sending a wire transfer and also a cashier’s check for different amounts, because they said my money would be safe in other places. The name they gave me was Andrew Triplett, DOB *****1974, and the bank was Wells Fargo at 255 Second Ave. S. Minneapolis, MN. The account number was ********** and the address they gave was 214-13 47th Ave. Bayside, NY 11361. They also told me to use a special Swift Code ******6S. I lost $22,500 total. The phone number they used was (315) 965-2149 and they said they were in Bayside, NY.
