Ordered shoes that never showed up from this site

I ordered a pair of Ortho Trail walking shoes on 6/4/2026 from their website orthotrailshoes.com. The address showed Colorado Springs, CO so I thought I was buying from a US company. They sent me an email saying my order was delivered but it definitely was not. The tracking number they gave me is invalid on every tracking site I tried.

I've tried to get information about a refund but they only keep telling me the package has been delivered. It has not. I'm out 64.98 dollars and have no shoes. I think this whole thing actually came from somewhere in China, not Colorado. I just want my money back or the shoes I paid for.
