Water irrigator from Oryzom Store not what it seemed

I was searching online for the best dental water irrigator and found what looked like a legit review from a reputable group. The top pick was this Oryzom product so I ordered it. When it arrived the box was obviously German, said Tragebare Munddusche portable oral irrigator, and it was made in China.

I was dealing with some health issues at the time so I didn't get to try it out for a few weeks. When I finally did, it was confusing to use and way too powerful to put in your mouth. I normally keep track of everything when I order but the only "Customer Information" sheet I have from the order shows very little. Just [email protected]. That email doesn't connect me with any real person or place. Lost about $80 on this.
