Phone call saying we failed to file an OSHA report
This caused a bunch of internal issues with our HR and Safety team. We take a lot of pride in our safety record here, and suddenly everyone was scrambling to figure out what report they were talking about. Turned out it was nothing. Just a scam call.
No money was lost, but it wasted our time and caused unnecessary panic.
