Charged again after I cancelled my subscription

I signed up for this website to help grow my business Instagram page. It was working okay for a while, nothing special but fine. Anyway I cancelled my payments more than a month ago. I got the confirmation and everything so I thought that was that.

Then yesterday I look at my bank and there's a charge for $199.00 from them. I didn't sign up for anything new or change anything. I just cancelled and they charged me anyway. I have no idea why this happened or how to get my money back. It's just really frustrating because I did everything right on my end.
